my wife is gonna sell her Newport 2 door hardtop. It has a crate 350 Chevy motor, 700r4 overdrive automatic trans with floor shifter. Edelbrock carb, dual exhaust with bellflower tips(sounds great)this could be a daily driver, very straight body, shaved and custom taillights, nice red interior, pearl white with bronze roof. Supremes with thin whitewalls. The brakes have been completely rebuilt and converted to power brakes with a dual reservoir MC. It stops great. Completely rebuilt front end last month. Currently registered and insured. Have driven this car on long distances with no problems, gets great gas mileage too. Email oldgoldgarage@att.net for more info

The motor has a fresh set of heads. I put a bunch of money into the motor last month, including a new cam, plugs, wires, cap, rebuilt carb. All the steering components are new, and the upper and lower a Arms have all new bushings. The inner fenders are new and installed, as well as a new battery tray. I just put a new set of Cooper Cobra raised white letter tires on the nicely refinished rally II's, and new beauty rings. I installed the eibach lowering springs in the front, but I left the stock springs in the rear because I like the rake. I've got all the stainless trim from around the car, including the front and rear window frames. All the window glass is in tack and is still in the doors and it all works fine. The rear window glass is out of the car and in good shape. The windshield is out of the car and is cracked. It has a new GTO hood with scoop insert.
I'm probably forgetting a bunch of stuff. Email me with any questions. text 818-438-0216 or email Brian4bes@gmail.com
My friends think I'm crazy, and it has been one of the best running driving cars I've ever owned. It has a 305 Chevy V8 with a 2 barrel Rochester, HEI ignition, and a 700R4 overdrive transmission, it probably get about 20mpg. The front clip is camaro with power steering and power disc brakes, it's got a camaro 10 bolt rear also. The Truck is bagged with top of the line Vi-Air system, 2 compressors(chrome) tank, valves etc. It will do front/back/side to side, and has heavy duty bags so i could haul my bikes in the back. The floors are 12 guage steel with tie down loops for motorcycles or whatever. It's C notched, but only lost two inches of interior height. It has factory bucket seats with new black diamond pleat upholstery with gold foil piping and matching door panels that still need to be installed. It has a nice CD player in the glovebox which is in the middle of the dash, and has a remote. Gennie shifter with custom blown glass shifter knob that matches the gold paint. It has a new mustang gas tank with sending unit but it's not hooked up to the guage yet. All other guages work. Impala taillight lenses in the stock buckets, Lucas flamethrower headlights(like Ed Roth's Outlaw)one year only grille, stainless rock guards on the rear fenders, custom exhaust with glasspacks and dump tubes. It has high end sound deadening in the front, no carpet or headliner yet. Horn, ahooga horn, turn signals, high beams etc all work. New Battery, newer alternator, This truck runs great and drives great. It has been to Santa Maria and all over so-cal, and even though the paint is only a year old there are some rock chips, scratches etc. Still looks really nice though. The wheels are super rare and if you dont want them I will take some cash off the price. I will post more pics next week of the details.

It's all original other than paint. The factory color was purple! The current paint was done when it was still fairly new. Comes with accessory hard bags. It's magneto ignition, rare mufflers, and akront aluminum rims are still there. This is a running and riding bike. Registered with black and yellow California plates. Super rare to find a bike like this these days. Buy it and ride it the way it is or restore it to it's former glory. We prefer to sell it to someone in California to maintain it's black plate status but will consider selling out of state to the right buyer. Call the shop for more info
